The As De Oro from the Cavalry edition pays tribute to the horses and their riders who fought in the Mexican Revolution. Mexican horses are the result of a mixture of breeds, which is why in this new line we set out to blend tobacco of different origins – Mexican and Nicaraguan – creating a cigar as unique and vigorous as the horses that carried the revolutionaries to victory. Among them are the famous Pancho Villa, also known as the “Northern Centaur”, a nickname given for the long time spent on horseback, and Emiliano Zapata, who always had plenty of horses at his disposal. This edition commemorates and embodies these exemplary equines.
